HEAT
In Natural Science we are studing what heat and light is.
One of the parts of this unit is to recognise if a material is a good conductor (if it lets pass the heat trough it) or an insulator (if it doesn´t let pass the heat from one place/object to another).
Moreover, thanks to heat, a substance can change from solid to liquid. This fact is known as melting.
To study this two concepts we have done an experiment using the scientific methodology:

- Make a questioin (what is going to happen?)
- Make a hypothesis (what of the three spoons (metal, plastic or wood) is going to melt faster the butter?)
- Experiment.
- Analysis (what is happening while we are doing the experiment?)
- Conclusion (Can we accept or reject our hypothesis?)

En Natural Science, estamos estudiando que es el calor y la luz.
Una de las partes de la unidad es reconocer si un material es un buen conductor (si deja pasar el calor a través de él) o un aislante (si no lo hace)
Además, hemos visto, como gracias al calor, un material puede cambiar su estado de sólido a líquido (fusión).
Para estudiar todo esto, hemos hecho un experimento utilizando la metodología científica:
- Plantear una pregunta (¿qué va a pasar?)
- Hacer una hipótesis (¿cuál de las tres cucharas (metal, plástico o madera), va a derretir la mantequilla más deprisa?)
- Experimento
- Análisis (¿qué está ocurriendo mientras hemos puesto en práctica el experimento?)
- Conclusión (¿podemos corroborar la hipótesis o ha pasado algo diferente a lo que esperábamos?)
Tras realizarlo hemos podido ver que el mejor conductor de los tres materiales era el de metal, seguido del plástico y después de la madera.
