GOLDEN AGES

The 16th and 17th centuries are known as GOLDEN AGES because of the important contribution that many painters and writers had to the world of art.

Some of the most famous painters in the 16th century was EL GRECO. In the 17th century we can talk about MURILLO AND VELAZQUEZ.

     

Refering to writers, Cervantes, Tirso de Molina or Lope de Vega were (and they still are) really important too.

        

Here we have a presentation that Pablo made for our class. Thanks to him we have known more about Golden Ages and how some people had an enormus influence on these ages.
